There is nothing wrong with the Patient Protection Affordable Healthcare Act website. (It’s the personal computers.) Cookies are one problem.
Compatible systems can be set up in libraries and Human Services building offices for people to use the computers to sign up.
Find compatible computers. Mine is a Windows 7 Internet Explorer 9. I don’t have cookies.
The site worked fine for me. It’s probably a security issue because of firewall and cookies.
Set up central log on sites with computers that with work with the site.
Don’t panic. The site is OK. Don’t scrap it. It’s OK. Just use computers to log on that are compatible.
