Separation Of Powers Protects Citizens From Obamacare Type Dictates

Obamacare is unconstitutional with respect to the separation of powers.
The abuse of power in office is close to the same thing but in the case of the AHA, the separation of powers that is violated leads to the abuse of power.
Laws, imposed, that violate individual rights become reality through the abuse of power in mandates. That is true but the separation of powers is still the initial violation of the constitution by the government officials who imposed Obamacare through mandates in the first place.
If this activity goes unchecked, the government can basically use mandates to impose any laws they want on people.
Understanding this is the reason that there are separations of powers in the government.
Separation of powers protects the citizens from tyranny. Or it’s supposed to.
